Hi there lovely people!!
We hope your journeys are going well and send you all huge hugs and smiles.
Malaysia is treating us very well. Penang is still our home and our Son is responding much better to his meds. This is allowing him to even do a little school work a few days a week.
HUGE improvement from a short few months back and a miracle compared to last year.
His condition is the same, it continues daily, but he now knows there is some hope. And a glimmer becomes a ray, becomes beacon.
My weightloss has started slowly but surely again and I really believe this is because of the slightly lower stress levels. HAPPY ME!!
Hubby is still working hard back in Australia and is visiting us along with our Daughter and her Fiance in a few weeks. We just cant wait for our little family reunion. Have so much planned.Everything from sightseeing, food tours, temple hopping, a foam party, cake making class and 2 diff visits to childrens homes here to drop off some much needed supplies and to play badminton with the older kids. I think we are going to get creamed. These kids play to win. I just try not to lose an eye to an errant shuttlecock.
Made a few new friends here. Many are Digital Nomad families who work from home wherever that may be, wandering and seeing the world with their children. It is so inspiring. Our son is probably the oldest in the group by at least 2 years ( he is almost 17) and the youngest of some families are under 2.
Hubby is working on a business plan and with all things going well, we
should be starting our company here in Malaysia in Jan/Feb. There is much to be gained here in the ASEAN region and we can also give back a whole lot too, on a community level. Wish us luck!
Ok that is about it for now.
If you are wandering in this direction PLEASE drop us a line. We will do all we can to make you feel at home.
